Welcome to BakeBox Bakery We're delighted to offer shipping services for a selection of our premium bakery products. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions that apply to orders placed for delivery.

1. Products Eligible for Shipping:

At BakeBox, we prioritize the freshness and quality of our baked goods. Therefore, we limit our shipping services exclusively to selected products that maintain their integrity during transit. These products include:

"Packaged cookies, Alfajores, Quesadillas, and Specialty Gift Boxes."

2. Shipping Areas:

We currently ship within nation wide in United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery. Delivery times vary based on destination and chosen shipping method:

Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days

Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days

5. Shipping Costs:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, package weight, and selected shipping method.

6. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package’s progress.

7. Shipping Restrictions:

Perishable items not listed under "Eligible Products" are not available for shipping.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@bakebox.shop within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
